Dinner at Icon Grill
My man and I went to Icon Grill for dinner and clearly they were busy decorating for Valentine's day :P. Since we went there for early dinner, it was very nice and quiet, which made the mood a bit more romantic XD. Trust me, we are not that romantic, but we claim to be romantic. LOL.
As usual, we ordered the Fried Macaroni & Cheese and the Cajun Tiger Shrimp Penne Pasta. Also for the first time, Grilled Wild Salmon.
If you want to see detailed photos, I put them up in my previous post. For salmon, you could choose how you want it to be cooked, so we asked for medium-well done. The salmon tasted great, but I wasn't really sure about the rice. It was quite similar to couscous, but it wasn't exactly couscous. Regardless, it was a great night overall :).
