I've reviewed the Laneige All Day Anti-Pollution Defensor SPF 30 previously, and I thought I would introduce you to their sheet mask in the same range that I've been using on a regular basis, particularly on the days that I take my dogs to the off leash area.
Scent
Laneige Anti Pollution sheet mask has a refreshing artificial floral hue, which actually doesn't linger, so I have been using the mask even during my cycle when I tend to be more sensitive to different scents. It doesn't irritate my eyes and I have never got any breakouts from using the mask.
Application & Consistency
The mask is soaked in a clear watery gel essence, which has a slight density to it that doesn't feel sticky or heavy on skin.
Despite its lightweight consistency, it's hydrating enough that I have been using it all year round. I personally like to keep the mask in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes before putting it on my face over Winter for more cooling effect.
The mask indeed gives supple, well-hydrated, glowing results.
It doesn't form a veil on top of skin unlike some of the sheet masks on the market, so I have found it easy to use over make-up products.
Verdict
As expected from famous Laneige Water Bank range, Laneige Anti Pollution sheet mask hydrates and soothes skin very well and has great longevity. The sheet mask is also durable and stays on skin so you can do other things while the mask is on.
I personally like to use it right after my shower, I put on body moisturiser and do my hair ritual as the mask doesn't move around easily. It's also quite generally sized, so men could use the mask without worrying about it being too small. I would say that this is a great unisex sheet mask.
I've used Laneige Anti Pollution sheet mask underneath my face oil during my long haul flight, and my skin didn't experience any of the sensitivity often caused by dry cabin air.
Those with very dry skin will need an extra layer of moisturiser as the sheet mask is more focused on hydration than moisturisation. Whether you are looking for a sheet mask to have a glow effect with your make-up or are constantly exposed to pollution and dust, Laneige Anti Pollution Mask should work brilliantly.
