Sisley Gentle Facial Buffing Cream is something that I used to use a lot more frequently when I lived back in Brisbane, Australia. The hot and humid weather in Brisbane could really sensitise your skin so I was always in search of a gentle exfoliant that could help maintain my skin at its optimum level. Although excessive sebum production was a bit tricky for my imbalanced skin back then due to the weather condition, I could never over-dry my skin by using several steps of exfoliation and purifying masks. That was when I discovered Sisley Gentle Facial Buffing Cream, and I still find it multi-functional.
Scent & Consistency
Sisley Gentle Facial Buffing Cream is floral scented, and has a very soft creamy texture that it goes onto skin very smooth.
I like to use it sparingly, let it sit until the cream is kind of 80 to 90% dried (still slightly moist) depending on the condition of my skin of the day.
If you do it right, you will get nice mild exfoliation with gentle massage strokes.
Upon rinsing off, skin feels rather comforted and velvety smooth.
Benefits
Rich in exfoliating Bamboo micro-particles of natural origin, the Gentle Facial Buffing Cream sweeps away dead skin cells and impurities. It gently refines the skin texture thanks to the soothing properties of German Chamomile extract. The exfoliant increases the skin's receptiveness to other skin care products in the routine. Regular use gives the skin a youthful and smooth appearance. Gentle Facial Buffing Cream is ideal for preparing the skin before applying a mask or self tanner.

Verdict
Sisley Gentle Facial Buffing Cream is great for sensitive skin, even for those living in harsh weather conditions, whether it's too hot or too cold. As my skin gets dehydrated from heating over cold seasons, I have been extra attentive to every skincare step that I follow with. One of the things that I've been doing is reducing the time spent cleansing face including purifying/mattifying mask application and the frequency of tap water contact with my skin.
And Sisley Gentle Facial Buffing Cream is one of the most effective ones on the market if you are looking for something that provides mild exfoliation/sebum control/moisturisation. It is more than enough as most of us follow with other skincare products afterwards. It's also a great one to take with you for holidays as it's very quick and easy and helps with even tan too. I would recommend Sisley Gentle Facial Buffing Cream if you are a fan of something gentle yet versatile.
