Estée Lauder Review > Re-Nutriv Hydrating Creme Cleanser

Published by Jasmine Seo

Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Hydrating Creme Cleanser isn't very thick at all unlike some other luxury cream cleansers I've tried. It's a creamy emulsion-like cleanser that doesn't feel overly greasy or heavy at all. The scent is also quite subtle compared to their original Re-Nutriv Creme although the cream cleanser still has a powdery floral scent to it. I personally find it soothing and it doesn't irritate my eye area, so it hasn't been a big issue for me at all.

Benefits

Indulge your senses with this exquisitely rich crème cleanser. It thoroughly yet gently washes away impurities and makeup to leave skin feeling soft and smooth.

It's the ideal beginning for your luxury skincare ritual, preparing skin to optimize the benefits of the treatments that follow. This is the pampering cleanser your skin has been looking for.

Verdict

Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Hydrating Creme Cleanser is one of my go-to cleansers on my lazy nights when I just don't feel like splashing water to my face in the bathroom. It just takes off the long-lasting waterproof eye/lip/tinted suncare products very well, leaving skin clean and glowing.

I squeeze a generous amount out of the tube, and start quickly massaging thoroughly for about 1-2 minutes without pausing. I use a rolling motion with my finger tips, it's important to make little circles, covering your entire face and neck.

Then, I use a tissue to take it off, and follow with toner if I'm feeling lazy. If not, then I would just wipe it off using a warm baby wash cloth. There's some limit for taking off heavy glitter/shimmer products, but this would apply to most of the cleansers on the market. So if you use a lot of shimmer in your make-up routine, I suggest you to use eye and lip make-up remover for the area first before using the cream cleanser. I would say that Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Hydrating Creme Cleanser is a great for those who are looking for something indulgent yet effective without needing to worry about drying out skin.
