To be honest, Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Floralixir™ Dew Regenerating Water was the main contributing factor for me to try their anti-aging serum,Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Serum. I've been using Ultimate Lift Floralixir™ Dew Regenerating Water since Spring this year, and I personally think that it has quickly become one of the top boosting lotions that I enjoy using.
Scent
Ultimate Lift Floralixir™ Dew Regenerating Water isn't fragrance-free, and it has the same pleasant floral scent as their Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Serum. My skin isn't reactant towards artificial fragrances in cosmetic products as far as it doesn't take up a high percentage in the ingredient list, which is funny because I do get sick and my skin gets irritated from some of the natural scents from certain essential oils. Nevertheless, I haven't got any sensitivity over Spring or Winter from the treatment lotion, and I've been enjoying it even more lately as the weather in WA has been grey and gloomy most of the time and I find the scent to be uplifting.

Consistency
Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Floralixir™ Dew Regenerating Water is in a runny liquid texture, but I wouldn't call it lightweight as it isn't.
It goes on skin easy and nicely like other boosting lotions, but it has a more supple finish.
It instantly quenches skin and gives a beautiful glow. You could slowly build up, but just be careful as it can get a bit sticky, which may not be a big problem if you follow with a moisturiser.

Effectiveness
I was very impressed with Ultimate Lift Floralixir™ Dew Regenerating Water as my skin looked better after the first night. I didn't wake up with any discomfort in my skin and my skin was simply glowing in the mirror when I checked. There hasn't been a wow factor, but I've been noticing a plumping effect when used with a hydrating serum which brings smooth skin for a better make-up canvas in the following morning.

Ultimate Lift Floralixir™ Dew Regenerating Water is perfect if you have dry/dehydrated skin since it does its job as a boosting first essence. Application is very easy too as you just need your palms to gently pat your skin. If you have very sensitive skin though, you might want to try their Micro Essence Skin Activating Treatment Lotion instead as the ingredients are more gentle than Ultimate Lift Floralixir™ Dew Regenerating Water, as long as your skin gets along well with ferments. Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Floralixir™ Dew Regenerating Water works great for both day and night time usage and I personally found that those with dehydrated combination/normal skin can even use it as a replacement of their regular hydrating serum.
