I have gone through a few bottles of Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner already, and I personally consider it to be one of the best natural cruelty-free toners for all skin types sold on the market (including sensitive skin). I find her range overall to be very kind to skin that my skin never gets any irritation that I often get from natural/organic products.
Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner is free of artificial fragrance and has a fresh invigorating scent, which smells neither too sweet nor too citrusy. It also doesn't have an overwhelming essential oil or floral scent, so the toner has never given me any discomfort.

Effectiveness / Tips
Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner has a lightweight watery texture, but it feels quite soothing and hydrating without any sticky or oily finish. As it doesn't have much density, it isn't anywhere as moisturising as boosting essence in lotions, but Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner is pleasant enough to be used on all skin types throughout the year, especially during warmer seasons.
Despite the fact that Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner doesn't contain any essential oils, I think that it still carries subtle therapeutic benefits to a certain degree. The toner works great when you need some aid lifting your mood, and it has become one of my go-to skincare products when I feel sick or simply not in my best condition. It gives me a sense of healing as the scent and overall lightweightness reminds me of weather in Brisbane back when I used to live in Australia.
If you are a skincare minimalist and/or have oilier/reactive skin, I suggest you to mix the toner with one or two drops of face oil onto your palm if you desire to use the toner as a boosting treatment or even as a mist. It's also good for those with dry skin as the mixture will give additional longevity to hydration and help provide a skin barrier.
I think Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner is risk-free, not just because it doesn't have any nasty ingredients, but I haven't got any breakouts from it. I didn't get any sensitivity even before and during my cycle, and I've noticed that it somewhat keeps my skin balanced during that time. Due to the nature of the skincare category, it doesn't have any dramatically noticeable impact on skin, but I find my skin to feel a lot healthier when I'm on Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner as my skin doesn't breakout easily. Whether you have sensitive skin or you have been looking for a reliable natural toner, Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner will do the job.
