Verdict
If you are someone who enjoys a holistic skincare ritual, Caudalie Premier Cru The Cream can be a great addition as it just feels quite indulgent and therapeutic overall, considering its scent and texture. In terms of its efficacy, it seems to help balancing skin quite well, and I've even been using it during my cycle to keep hormonal spots at bay. It's true that my skin looks less puffy and dull, which is great as it's something that I often struggle with during my monthly.
Having said that, I haven't noticed much mid-zone (around the cheek area) lifting action although it seemed to work pretty well around my jawline. I didn't see much improvement around smile lines, but my skin feels more resilient and well-balanced. If you are considering getting the cream for skin firming/ lifting purposes, I strongly suggest you to pair it with their Premier Cru The Serum as it works well in synergy.
Unlike most of the anti-aging face creams on the market, Caudalie Premier Cru The Cream doesn't interfere with make-up throughout the day, so you won't need to worry about your make-up breaking down. I didn't notice any excessive sebum problems, which is an added bonus. Caudalie Premier Cru The Cream is a good companion along your skincare journey if you are someone believing in naturally beautiful aging. It won't do much dramatic enhancement to your skin, but it's a great one to maintain the youth of skin and age in a more graceful manner.
