As sunny days will soon hit WA, I've been very busy checking and re-organising my closets. My man and I will be going on holidays this Summer, so I've been looking for a pair of white shoes that are lightweight and comfortable enough for long walking sessions around the town. Due to my relatively wide feet, I tend to choose shoes that are more blood circulation friendly especially when I go on holidays.
Allbirds Wool Runner Shoes are available for both men and women, and I thought it will be very cute if I could match those with my man :3. Although I found the material to be fine and very breatheable, my man is allergic to wool material in general, so I just got mine only :'-(.

Made from superfine merino wool that's naturally moisture-wicking, this extremely comfortable shoe also features lightweight low-density foam cushioning (made from castor beans for a lower carbon output than traditional foams) that helps with friction control. The laces are made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester, and the S-curve tread array mimics the anatomical flexibility of your foot for natural weight distribution. When you'd like to freshen the shoe up, simply toss it in your washing machine on the delicate setting, then air dry.

Nevertheless, those shoes are super comfortable and light... and oh... so soft :3. I personally love the warmth of the white colour rather than simply being off-white. The chunky shoe laces are also very well structured too, and I love the feel of it. Haha, it's funny how I can't stop touching those shoes XD.
It goes well with my day dresses, jeans, skirts, with or without socks... They are brilliant! :D I normally wear EU 39 (250mm), and size 8 seemed to be the right fit, but I took size 9 instead in Allbirds as there is a little bit more room above my toe just in case if I put on thicker socks. If you are someone who loves comfortable shoes like me, you should definitely check Allbirds shoes out. Minimalist design yet so chic!
