Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Eye Creme seems to be more focused on the buildability of the texture unlike their face cream from the same range. It's indeed reflected in their formulation, and I can see why as we like to use the eye cream with eye make-up products and there's more demand for a lighter consistency with abundance in hydration. I'm not saying that Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Eye Creme is lightweight, but it's pretty light considering the amount and the longevity of hydration that you get from it. It's definitely my favourite amongst all the eye creams in Estée Lauder skincare range.
Scent & Consistency
I don't smell anything in the eye cream, and it hasn''t caused any irritation on my delicate eye area.
Unlike their face cream, the eye cream is in a more generic face cream-like texture.
It has a light consistency on the surface, but it feels rich once applied.
You have full control over the amount and the intensity of hydration that you want unlike most of the eye creams on the market.
The eye cream quenches and almost instantly makes fine wrinkles around the eye area less visible. I'm not saying that it works wonders like an injectable filler, but the eye cream sort of scatters the focus from the imperfections around the eye area.

Verdict
I love the flexibility that the eye cream provides due to the buildability of the hydration. Although the eye cream feels rich and nurturing, I didn't get any bumps around the eye area that I got few in the past from some other brands. It also blends in well with my La Prairie concealer that I've been using without peeling off. Results-wise, I haven't noticed much improvement for the dark circles and lifting, but my eye area has become a lot less dry than it should be during the seasonal change. It has also worked great in Winter, and I didn't get any discomfort from dryness upon wake-up.
The eye cream doesn't take away existing wrinkles like magic, but it seems to soften the look of them and prevent future wrinkles. Having said that, there's a limit to restrain wrinkles from natural facial expressions such as smile lines around the eye area, so the eye cream will only help slow down the wrinkle formation process as it isn't an injectable botox that freezes muscles. If you are not a big fan of thick balm type eye creams, but want to have an equivalent intensity and longevity of hydration for skin around the eye area and lips, I suggest you to try Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Eye Creme.
