Previously, I wrote a post on Sisley L'Integral Anti-Age cream which is a lighter version of Sisleÿa L'Integral Anti-Age Extra-Rich cream that I will be reviewing today. If you have normal to combination skin, and you are reading this post, then I recommend you to check the post on Sisley L'Integral Anti-Age cream instead as the texture of the cream will suit better for your skin type.
Having said that, if your skin is in need of support for skin barrier and intense moisturisation along with anti-aging properties including mature skin, then you are at the right spot.
Scent & Consistency
Sisleÿa L'Integral Anti-Age Extra-Rich cream carries the same invigorating herbal scent like Sisleÿa L'Integral Anti-Age cream, but the texture is quite different than expected.
Unlike my initial expectation, the Sisleÿa L'Integral Anti-Age Extra-Rich cream consistency is somewhere in the middle of a balm and cream. I would call it a thick cream just for convenience, but I've found that it's best to be used how you would apply a balm onto skin.
If you apply the cream directly onto skin, it may feel a little tacky as it doesn't go on smooth. However, it's improved if you slightly warm it up in between your palms, then put it on outwards from the center of the face.
The cream surprisingly doesn't feel heavy or rich at all although it gives a beautiful oil-infused glow to skin.

RESULTS
From the first few applications, the skin is nourished, it feels more supple and comfortable. Lines appear smoothed, skin is visibly plumped and durably moisturized. Signs of fatigue are reduced. Verdict
I won't repeat myself about the same results that you get here, which I've already gone through in my previous post on Sisley L'Integral Anti-Age cream, so please refer to the post since Sisleÿa L'Integral Anti-Age Extra-Rich cream brings essentially very similar outcomes. The only great differences between the two creams other than texture is the longevity of moisturisation and the skin comfort level in terms of functioning in skin.

Having said that, Sisleÿa L'Integral Anti-Age Extra-Rich cream may still not work well on some people with dehydrated skin as I've noticed in my skin that you still need a reliable hydrating serum such as Sisley Hydra-Global Serum Anti-Aging Hydration Booster and/or Sisley Sisleÿa L'Integral Anti-Age Firming Concentrated Serum for better hydration and boosted skin regeneration. Speaking of which, if you are someone who likes to layer skincare products, I recommend you not to put any film forming serum underneath the cream as it can peel off as you massage the cream onto skin.

For those who like to put the same cream around the eye area, I suggest you to avoid doing it with Sisleÿa L'Integral Anti-Age Extra-Rich cream as the scent could irritate your eyes in spite of the fact that the scent is quite subtle and natural. Nevertheless, it has been a great night-time moisturiser for my normal skin even over Spring and Summer without breaking my skin out. It also works wonderfully as a glow make-up base due to its oil-infused finish without any heavy residue to skin. There's certainly a more nurturing and comforting feel to skin rather than a firming sensation compared to their L'Integral Anti-Age cream. If you have very dry skin though, it may still not be enough just by itself based on the experience that my grandmother in her 80s had.
