Swiss Perfection Review > Cellular Perfect Lift Cream

Swiss Perfection Cellular Perfect Lift Cream is still artificially scented, but it isn't as overwhelmingly compared to Cellular Perfect Lift Serum in the same range. The content of phenoxyethanol is also quite high, so the cream won't be the ideal if your skin easily reacts to the scent in general. I personally like the citrusy sweet hue in the cream, and my skin tends to do better with artificial scent than essential oil ones, so I haven't got any irritations from using it over the past years.

Consistency

Swiss Perfection Cellular Perfect Lift Cream may seem to have a generic cream texture on the surface, but it's actually somewhere in between emulsion and cream.

I would say that it spreads and finishes like an emulsion, but it gives a cream equivalent level of glow that you can instantly feel upon application. It also gives skin a pleasant firming sensation, which I enjoy.

There's no heavy or rich feel to the cream, and it doesn't interfere with following sunscreen and/or make-up application.

Benefits

Fights sagging skin, shows an instant lifting effect and smoothes away wrinkles. Delivers intensely regenerating benefits and nourishing action.

Verdict

Despite the lightweight finish, Swiss Perfection Cellular Perfect Lift Cream may not work very well for those with problem-prone / oily skin due to the content of emollients like beeswax and shea butter. The cream is a great daytime moisturiser as it goes well with the majority of different formulations of make-up products. People with combination to normal skin or those living in hot and humid climates could use the cream for both day and night without having any major dehydration issue unless your skin leans more towards dry / dehydrated.

If you happen to fall into the skin category that requires more intense hydration and/or moisturisation, you will need to put on a boosting essence and / or a hydrating serum depending on a degree of your skin's dehydration level, lifestyle etc. If your skin only needs more support for skin barrier, then you could just add a bit of face oil into the cream or press the oil into skin as a final step.

Like any other firming / lifting moisturisers in the luxury skincare market, you won't see any dramatic results equivalent to an in-office treatment with Swiss Perfection Cellular Perfect Lift Cream, in spite of its high price (CHF 550 for 50mL). However, I've personally found that it's still one of few pleasant lifting creams that I don't mind putting onto my skin during warmer seasons.

The cream does seem to help regaining firmness in skin even while I'm on my detox period when I tend to lose some weight naturally. It keeps skin texture smooth and soft, but it doesn't seem to be that effective in controlling morning puffiness in skin. Regardless, Swiss Perfection Cellular Perfect Lift Cream is good for maintenance and prevention, but I wouldn't recommend it strongly if your main concern is wrinkle correction.
